I have founded and operated technology businesses in the United States and Latin America, provided technical services and systems integration, developed business applications, and helped organizations deploy and support enterprise technology.
As an early Rosetta Stone partner in Latin America, I participated in the sales, planning, implementation, and support of large-scale educational software deployments, including government and institutional projects.
This experience reinforced that successful technology delivery depends as much on understanding people and operations as it does on technical implementation.

When a deployment becomes a lesson in resilience.
A production deployment on a resource-constrained Oracle Cloud server exposed a weakness in the build and deployment process. I worked through system preservation, evidence-based diagnosis, offline recovery, and redesigning deployment practices to reduce the risk of recurrence.
